August 2023 Newsletter Please invite all of your fishing buddies, especially those who own a boat, to come to the Big Fish Seminar on August 3rd at 2864 Community Ln, San Diego, 92108 (Mission Valley). We will begin with a 5:00 Social with Free Tacos from the Taqueria stand, and the meeting will begin at 6:00. Luc Ofield from Angler’s Choice will be our speaker that evening. If you know Luc, you know he knows what he’s talking about! We have been receiving some great prizes for our Raffle Table, along with Silent Auction baskets of bundled items, fishing trips, etc. This is always our biggest raffle of the year - you don’t want to miss it! There will also be 2 chances to win a $100 Gift Card to a local tackle shop for entering the tournament and buying your banquet tickets as an Early Bird participant. Help Spread The Word! Keep our Big Fish Tournament flyer on your phone. You can screen shot it from our website (www.SanDiegoRodandReelClub.com) and text it to all of your fishing friends, put it on your Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and whatever else you might have. The more boats and anglers in the tournament, the more cash prizes available, and more importantly, the more “We Take Kids Fishing!” trips that we can do!!
